Recently, designers presented a project of floating private island named Kokomo Ailand. This futuristic place proves there’s no such thing as “over-the-top” in the world of superyacht design.
Kokomo Ailand will consist of a penthouse, a helipad, jungle deck with a waterfall and an alfresco dining area. It will be the first island in the world to move under its own power.Owners of the island will be amazed by 360-degree views within the penthouse, accessible by an 80-metre elevator.Around the complex, residents would find a spa, a gym, beauty salons, bars and a pool.The inclusion of vertical gardens, palm trees and even a shark-feeding station add more natural elements to the nautical island.The movable paradise would be perfect for a high-class hotel or company headquarters.Kokomo Ailand could be built in the near future. “We are currently negotiating with several clients who are very interested in the project,
