Despite the dwindling interest in rap songs among Nigerians, live rap battle radio competition, Hennessy VS Class, has stage a come back for it second season NAIJ has learnt.

This newspaper also gathered that last year Winners, Vemor, Eclipse, Oba Dice and Fat Boi are also set to release a joint single produced by Kid Konnect .
Just as the previous edition, the reality show will air live on popular lagos radio station, Beat 99.9 FM. But the organizers have refused to reveal judges for this year’s edition.

While last edition centred around indigenous rap, the theme for this year remains unknown.
2014 edition saw lyricists including Modenine, MI, Vector, Loose Kanyon, IllBliss, Reminisce, and Dark Poet with IllBliss, Reminisce, Falz, Young6ix acting as judges.
Meanwhile, the organisers have called for entry from upcoming rappers by simply uploading a 15 second video of themselve freestyling and upload on Instagram or Twitter @HennessyNIGERIA
