Python vs. King Cobra: Epic Snake Battle Captured On Camera (PHOTOS, VIDEO)

A fierce battle between a reticulated python and a king cobra took place near Nanyang Technological University campus in Singapore.

A small group of locals became eye-witnesses of the unusual battle between two snakes, who were fighting each other for about half an hour on a busy street as cars and lorries drove past.

The video captured by one of the paserss-by shows the cobra trying to sink its fangs into the python’s wriggling body and inject a fatal dose of poison, while the python is using his own deadly tactics gradually constricting its enemy.

However, there were no winners in the battle, as it ended with a cobra escaping to the bushes as soon as the members of pest control appeared and a python beign taken to a forested area.

Pythons are not normally dangerous to humans and are non venormous, while cobra’s are known to slowly squeeze their victims to death before eating them whole.
