REVEALED: How Much Eagles Will Earn Per-player From October Friendlies

Each player invited to take part in the October friendlies of the Super Eagles will earn at least $6,000 report by africanfootball.com informs.

Coach Sunday Oliseh will however earn double that sum.


A top source told AfricanFootball.com: “It will be a flat rate of $3,000 per game for the matches in Belgium, meaning each player will be paid $6,000 for the two matches and their ticket fares reimbursed.”

According to africanfootball.com, player fares to Belgium could be possibly covered by an appearance fee of $2,000-a-man.


The Super Eagles face DR Congo and Cameroon, on October 8 and 11 respectively. The two matches will be played in Belgium.


In a related development, Nigeria has moved up one place in the latest FIFA rankings which was announced the same day the nation was celebrating its independence day on October 1, 2015.
