Governor Ayodele Fayose has urged President Muhammadu Buhari to look into the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission incessant raid.
The governor made this plea while speaking with journalists on Wednesday as he administered oaths to 10 new commissioners in the state.
According to Governor Fayose, President Buhari should work against allowing politicians hijack the EFCC for their selfish motives, The Punch reports.

The governor also promised to give room for illiterates in his government. According to him, 25% will be given to the illiterates in his further appointments.
“The illiterates will get 25% because it is from them we get the votes. Though they may not have the certificates, but there is nothing wrong with us keeping them in one board for them to have recognition,” he said.
The Governor warned the new Commissioners not to flex muscles with permanent secretaries and Directors in the course of discharging their duties, urging them to see the opportunity as a divine grace.

Those sworn-in include Mr. Lanre Ogunsuyi (Information), Chief Bisi Kolawole (Environment), Mr Kolapo Kolade (Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs), Kehinde Odebunmi (Agriculture), Dr Ojo Olurotimi Simon (Health), Adesua Ayodeji (Public Utilities), Tayelolu Otitoju (Lands), Victor Eegunjobi (Education), Mr Olugbenga Olajide (Budget and Planning) and Mrs Olayinka Ogundayomi (Women Affairs).
The governor had upon assumption of office, sworn-in Owoseni Ajayi as Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice Kayode Oso (Works) and Toyin Ojo (Finance).
There are now 13 commissioners in Ekiti.
Governor Fayose’s appeal to President Buhari comes just hours after he took to his Twitter page to congratulate former minister of aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, over his court victory today.
