Super Eagles defender Kenneth Omeruo has been dropped from the latest squad and replaced with Efe Ambrose of Celtic.

Omeruo who plays for Kisimpasa on loan from Chelsea is injured and will miss the friendly games against DR Congo and Cameroon in Belgium next month.
The NFF made the announcement on its official twitter page.

Omeruo suffered a hamstring injury in the ninth minute of Kasimpasa’s clash against Godfrey Oboabona’s Rizespor in the Turkish league on Monday at the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Stadium in İstanbul.
This will be the first squad Ambrose will be making under new coach Stephen Keshi.
In a related development, Nigeria has moved up one place in the latest FIFA rankings which was announced the same day the nation was celebrating its independence day on October 1, 2015.
