Nigeria’s Brown Ideye, who was recently sold by West Bromwich Albion to Olympiacos, has been included in the UEFA Champions League squad of his new club.
The club’s website, which announced its Champions League squad earlier today, listed the former Ocean Boys forward as one of the six strikers registered for the competition.

The names of the players as listed by the club, include:
Goalkeepers: Roberto, Kapino
Defenders: Botia, Da Costa, Elabdellaoui, Maniatis, Masuaku, Salino, Siovas, Vouros
Midfields: Bouchalakis, Cambiasso, Dominguez, Fortounis, Kasami, Milivojevic
Forwards: Seba, Finnbogason, Ideye, Pardo, Pulido, Hernani

The Greek club are in the same group with German champions, Bayern Munich; English giants, Arsenal and Croatian club, Dinamo Zagreb, and will face them in the group stage.
The former Sochaux of France hitman has acknowledged cheers from his former club and has taken to the social media to express gratitude to the club.
