A new study by physioroom.com has revealed the most injured players in the Premier League in the 21st century.
Drawing from the study, Sky Sports created a first eleven of players who have been injured the most in the 21st century with two present and one former Arsenal midfielder featuring.
The study by physioroom.com was intended to bring out three of the most injured players in a respective position.
Former Sunderland goalie, Craig Gordon is the last line of defense while Tony Hibbert (Everton), Ledley King (Tottenham Hotspurs), Steven Taylor (Newcastle United) and Benoit Assou-Ekott0 (Tottenham) make up the defense.

The midfield will be protected by Abou Diaby – the player with the most days out injured – Tomas Rosicky (both of Arsenal) and Owen Hargreaves (Manchester United and Manchester City).

The attack will be led by Theo Walcott (Arsenal), Victor Anichebe (Everton and West Brom) and Mamady Sidibe (Stoke City).

Surprisingly Jack Wilshere, Daniel Sturridge and Darren Fletcher are missing from list. Meanwhile, Wilshere has been ruled out for three months while Danny Welbeck is set to join him for the next few months.
